Early Departure

Guests who leave before the scheduled departure date are not automatically entitled to a refund for unused nights.

Where an activity or service has to be suspended for safety or operational reasons, Sori Lake View Resort will communicate the available alternatives to affected guests.

If your reservation was made through an online travel agency or another third-party booking platform, its cancellation and refund conditions may apply.

In such cases, guests may need to process cancellation or refund requests directly through the platform used to make the booking.
